Terms & Conditions — Partner Registration
1. Scope of This Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern registration and use of the CheckMyScore.in Partner Program by any business, agent, or individual ("Partner", "you") who registers a Partner account to run credit score/bureau report checks on behalf of their own end-customers. These terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Account Approval
Partner registration requires admin review before activation. Submitting the registration form does not guarantee approval; CheckMyScore.in may approve, reject, or later suspend a Partner account at its discretion, including for suspected misuse.
3. Consent Responsibility
Every credit check you run as a Partner is on behalf of a named end-customer ("Subject"). By submitting a Subject’s details, you confirm and warrant that:
- You have obtained the Subject’s explicit, informed consent to pull their credit score and bureau report;
- The details entered (name, mobile, date of birth, PAN) are accurate and were provided directly by the Subject or with their authorization;
- You will not run a check on any individual without that individual’s knowledge and consent.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining evidence of Subject consent. CheckMyScore.in records the consent statement, date, time, and your account/IP details against every Partner-initiated request, and may require you to produce evidence of Subject consent on request.
4. Pricing
Your per-check price is either the standard Partner price or a custom price set for your account, shown on your Partner dashboard before you proceed to payment. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at the time of your request is the price charged.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Partner Program to run checks on individuals without consent, to build unauthorized profiles on third parties, to resell raw bureau data outside your own legitimate customer-facing service, or for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of access, without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to CheckMyScore.in or the affected Subject.
6. Data Handling
Subject data you submit is encrypted at rest, used only to fulfil that specific bureau pull, and is not shared with other Partners. You must not store or forward a Subject’s PAN or full report outside of what is necessary for your own legitimate business record-keeping, and must handle any data you download with the same care required under applicable data protection law.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your Partner login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@checkmyscore.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Termination
CheckMyScore.in may disable a Partner account at any time for a violation of these terms, non-payment, or suspected misuse of Subject data, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
