Terms & Conditions — Credit Score Check

1. Scope of This Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to any individual ("you", "the customer") who uses CheckMyScore.in to check their own credit score and bureau report. By submitting your details and proceeding to payment, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Consent to Bureau Pull

You confirm that the name, mobile number, date of birth, and PAN you provide are your own, and you authorize CheckMyScore.in and its bureau data partner (IDSPay) to retrieve your credit score and credit report using these details. A record of this consent, including the date, time, and IP address, is stored against your request.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) to use this service.

4. Payment & Report Delivery

The applicable fee is charged securely via Razorpay before your report is pulled. Once payment is confirmed, we make a real-time request to the bureau data source. In the rare event the pull fails after payment, you may retry at no additional charge — see our Refund Policy for details on failed or duplicate charges.

5. Accuracy of Data

Your credit score and report are generated by the underlying bureau/data source and reflect the information on file with them at the time of the pull. CheckMyScore.in is not a credit bureau and does not alter, guarantee, or dispute the accuracy of bureau-reported data. For corrections to your credit history, you must approach the reporting bureau directly.

6. Data Use

Your report data is used solely to display your result to you and is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal or credit data to third parties.

7. One Person, One Identity

Each mobile number is tied to one identity (name + date of birth) to protect your report history from being accessed by someone else who only knows your mobile number. Please keep your registered details consistent across visits.
