To run a credit bureau check on your behalf, we collect your full name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, PAN, and optionally your email address. During payment, Razorpay processes your card/UPI/bank details directly — we never receive or store them.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your details are used solely to: (a) verify it is really you on repeat visits, (b) submit a credit bureau pull request via IDSPay with your explicit consent, (c) process your payment via Razorpay, and (d) show and let you download your own score and report. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent.
3. Consent for Bureau Pulls
We never request your credit report without your explicit, recorded consent at the time of each request. A record of what you agreed to, and when, is retained for compliance purposes.
4. Data Security
Sensitive identifiers such as your PAN are encrypted at rest and shown back to you only in masked form. Access to customer data within our systems is logged and restricted to what is operationally necessary.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as required to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of your account, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on IDSPay to retrieve credit bureau data and Razorpay to process payments. Each operates under its own privacy and security practices for the data it directly handles.
