How CheckMyScore.in Works

From entering your details to seeing your score, the whole process takes a few minutes — here's exactly what happens at each step.

1

Enter Your Details

Start by giving us your full name, mobile number, and date of birth. There's no password to create and no OTP to wait for — your name, mobile, and date of birth together are what we use to recognize you if you come back to check again later, so it's worth entering them exactly as they appear on your official documents.

2

Give Consent & Add PAN

Before we can pull anything from the credit bureau, we ask for your explicit consent — this is a regulatory requirement, not a formality. At this step you'll also confirm your gender and provide your PAN, which the bureau uses to uniquely identify your credit file. If you've checked your score with us before, we'll offer to reuse the PAN already on file so you don't have to retype it every time.

3

Pay Securely via Razorpay

Complete a one-time payment through Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles the transaction directly, and our server independently verifies the payment before your report is fetched, so you're never charged twice for the same request.

4

Get Your Score & Report

Within moments of payment, we pull your report from the bureau via IDSPay and show you your score, account history, and recent enquiries right on screen. You can revisit every report you've ever pulled from My Reports in your dashboard, and open or download a PDF copy whenever you need one.

Why we ask for a fresh payment each time

Every bureau pull has a real cost — each request is a live query to the credit bureau via IDSPay, not a cached lookup. That's why each check requires its own payment, and why a report stays valid and re-viewable in your dashboard for a set period afterwards rather than needing to be paid for again just to look at it.

What if my name, mobile, or DOB don't match on a later visit?

If you've checked before and the mobile number you enter matches an existing record, we also check that the name and date of birth match too. This protects your account — it means someone who only knows your mobile number can't get into your details or reuse your PAN by guessing. If your own details don't match (a typo, a name change, etc.), you'll see a message asking you to double check what you entered, or contact support if you believe it's an error.
