1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CheckMyScore.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CheckMyScore.in facilitates credit bureau score and report checks via IDSPay, in exchange for a one-time paid fee per check, processed through Razorpay. We are a facilitator of this check, not a credit bureau, and not a lender.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, truthful information — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and PAN — to use this service. Providing false information to access another person's report is a violation of these terms and may be unlawful.

4. No Guarantee of Loan or Credit Approval

Your score and report are informational. CheckMyScore.in does not guarantee approval for any loan, credit card, or other financial product, and has no role in any lender's decision-making.

5. Payment

Each credit check requires a one-time payment, processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are as displayed at the time of your request.

6. Accuracy of Bureau Data

Your score and report are sourced from the underlying credit bureau via IDSPay and presented to you as received. We are not responsible for inaccuracies originating from the bureau itself — such disputes should be raised with the bureau directly.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the mobile number, name, and date of birth you provide, since these are used to recognize your account on return visits.

8. Limitation of Liability

CheckMyScore.in is not liable for any decision made by you or a third party based on the score or report shown, nor for delays or failures caused by IDSPay, Razorpay, or the credit bureau being unavailable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
